This “Harry Potter”-themed proposal is crushingly romantic

Our wizard-loving hearts are all aflutter over a special Harry Potter-themed proposal that was nothing short of magical. Imgur user derrickjameswalker and his boyfriend are huge Harry Potter fans, so on a recent trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, Florida, he took the opportunity to pop the question right in front of Hogwarts castle. (Because, of course!)

But that’s not all! Derrick, who got down on bended knee and everything, presented his boyfriend with an engagement ring nestled inside of…(wait for it)….a Quidditch golden snitch! We said magical before, right? Because MAGICAL.

Well done, Derrick. Well done. We think such romantic creativity would even bring a tear to Snape’s eye.
