These reimagined “Harry Potter” book titles make one thing clear: Ron got hit A LOT

Harry Potter may have been The Chosen One, but we *all* know that he could have never succeeded on his own. The iconic character was both a passionate teen always looking to do what’s right and The Chosen One of irrational ideas and acting without thinking.

While the title character to the legendary franchise may have been its star, his BFFs, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, were just as important to the story as Harry was. So Tumblr user floccinaucinihilipilificationa recently created a series of book titles from the perspectives of Ron and Hermione.

In these titles, Ron is nearly always the human punching bag:

The Ron titles cover everything from his multiple encounters with the Whomping Willow, the trials and tribulations of puberty, and his memorable run-in with a poisoned love potion. He may have gotten hit left and right, but hey, he was our best source of comic relief and was loyal as hell.

And Hermione is (obviously) the brains of the operation.

Her covers are so fitting, they’re almost funny. While she may not have had the scar to prove it, in many ways Hermione was The Chosen One and Harry was her *sometimes* effective sidekick.https://floccinaucinihilipilificationa.tumblr.com/post/160340936572

Her titles highlight how much weight she pulled during her many adventures with her two “useless friends.” She was brilliant, always prepared, and frankly, she deserved more appreciation than Harry and Ron could ever give.
