These ‘Harry Potter’ stars are having the sweetest Instagram romance
Be still, our beating Harry Potter hearts! There’s an amazing rumor that two Hogwarts students have coupled off — a Ravenclaw and a Gryffindor. Don’t fret, it’s not a relapse of Harry and Cho, but rather Luna Lovegood and James Potter. The actors behind them, Evanna Lynch and Robbie Jarvis appear to be dating IRL and this news brings out all our happy Harry Potter feelings.
This coupling is completely unconfirmed (they could just be close friends, like the rest of the Harry Potter cast) but their absolutely adorable Instagram shots seem to suggest otherwise. Though James and Luna don’t have any contact in the books or movies — seeing as how James dies before Harry ever gets to Hogwarts, and Luna’s a few years younger than Harry — Lynch and Jarvis were more than likely brought together via the wizarding world, anyway. Now, they post the cutest Instagram pictures hanging out in the Muggle world together.
Lynch’s Instagram actually has pictures of Jarvis going all the way back to 2013, so no, I have no idea how we missed this perfect pairing for two years. But now that we know about it, it’s the best. Also, we need to take a sec and bask in the glory of Lynch’s cat, who likes to interrupt video chats between the two of them.
I didn’t think it was possible to be more obsessed with a HP romance other than Harry and Ginny, but I’m completely behind Luna and James Lynch and Jarvis. Even if in the end they’re only good friends, I think it’s time to vote them Hogwart’s Cutest Couple.
