“Harry Potter” fans now have a chance to visit a real-life Hogwarts
Attention all super fans, it’s now totally possible to enroll in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! Remember to breathe while reading this; we know a lot of you have been waiting for this for a very long time. Unfortunately (or fortunately?), you’re going to have to go to the UK to attend, but like, what else would you expect?
It seems to be like the adult summer camps that have been cropping up across the U.S., plus Harry Potter. It takes place in Herstmonceux, a 15th-century castle, and includes a three-day stay. That three-day stay includes full board — which obviously includes a REAL ACTUAL BANQUET.
There have been other Harry Potter living experiences, but since this one is in a castle in the U.K., it’s extra legit. It even has a trailer!

"We've done a bit of research and there's nothing like it in the U.K., so we thought we'd bring it to the U.K. audience," the co-founder of the event company running the experience, Stuart Munnich, explained to Digital Spy. "When we arrived at Herstmonceux for the first time, we knew immediately that it was the right place. It just felt magical."
The Bothwell School of Witchcraft, as it’s called, doesn’t come cheap. Especially if you also have to invest in a plane ticket to get there. Prices vary depending on the package you want, but the normal ticket runs you a cool $520 and includes room and board. Considering a fancy hotel will run you quite a bit more, if this is your ideal vacation, it might be a worthy investment.
So… we’ll see you there?
