Happy Birthday, Anna Kendrick!

Today is Anna Kendrick’s 28th birthday!

Anna Kendrick is quite possibly one of the coolest people in Hollywood right now. She can sing, act, write excellent tweets, and make the entire nation (me) wonder if we want to be her best friend or if we want to actually become her (in a not so creepy, but definitely creepy way). Oh and let’s not forget she is an Academy Award nominee for her performance in 2009’s Up in the Air, as well as the third youngest nominee for a Tony award.

We all know her from Twilight and obviously Pitch Perfect but here are some projects you may not know she was in.

Camp (2003)

An independent musical film written and directed by Todd Graff, about an upstate New York performing arts summer camp. Kendrick played Fritzi Wagner, a nerdy teen at this summer theater camp.

Rocket Science (2007)

It’s a comedy about a stuttering boy who joins his high school debate team. Anna Kendrick plays Ginny Ryerson.

Viva Laughlin (2007)

Kendrick was in an episode of this short-lived musical dramedy TV show back in 2007.

Elsewhere (2009)

This crime/thriller is about a teen girl who disappears after trying to meet men online in order to escape her small town and only her best friend worries enough to investigate the mystery. You can actually find the whole movie on imdb.com!
