Justine Skye's latest tutorial is giving us day-to-night hair inspiration

Justine is promoting the shade (and her overall fab-ness) in a new video for Dark and Lovely. In it, celeb hairstylist Derick Monroe creates two styles that you can easily copy at home. Both styles are relatively simple, depending on your braiding skills.
The looks are giving us major day-to-night style inspo.
To get this look, Derick starts by creating a fishtail braid, leaving a bit of hair out to frame Justine’s face.
After securing the braid with a hair tie, Derick hides the tie by wrapping hair around it. Next, he curls the ponytail with a small curling iron.
To finish the style, Derick curls the bang and creates a wave with a rat tail comb.
Derick’s second look with Justine is a girls’ night out kind of look (and a smart move if you’re wondering how you’d look with a lob.)
First, Derick curls Justine’s tresses, making sure to alternate the direction of every other curl.
Next, he uses his fingers to fluff out the curls and add volume.
To create the faux bob, Derick pins the curls upward.
