Hair DIY woes

I am an avid YouTube watcher. There is something so satisfying about watching a playlist of women doing their makeup, hair or showing me new clothes they thirfted. It feels like quality “girl time” as I lay in bed and giggle of videos that are part gossip part trends. Plus the power of women on YouTube has become so inspirational and empowering. I feel like these women are my friends and sisters alike. However, there’s a strict line between watching videos and trying them at home. And let’s just say I have learned my lesson a few times. My advice, try a hair DIY a week before your big event, versus the night before. Thank goodness I can just wash it and start over, even if I did stay up till 2am curling my hair with rags.
