The most adorable hair bows on Instagram (and the best ones to shop)
At the 2019 Met Gala, we saw the unofficial kick-off of what appears to be summer’s big hair accessory trend: hair bows. Celebs like Hailey Bieber and Ashley Graham opted for a lot (like, a lot) of hair bows to make a major impact and play into the irreverent camp theme. But you can totally go subtle with the trend, too.
From headbands to scrunchies to clips, there are so many different ways to wear the hair bow trend. You can choose mini bows or a simple ribbon tied around your ponytail for a more low-key take on the style, or, if you’re feeling bold, a large velvet hair bow makes for a great updo finisher, à la Hailey Bieber (who used one to tie her ultra-high retro ponytail).
