We love a fresh fall cut, especially when it’s a little bit unexpected, so we’re crazy obsessed with Hailey Baldwin’s new lob.

The model, who usually wears her beachy blonde (and once gray) locks to about her mid-chest, shared photos of her new shoulder-length ‘do on Instagram this week and we are totally coveting the look.
Baldwin’s new color is more subdued than we’re used to seeing on her, a dark honey blonde, while the cut is definitely giving off Rachel Green vibes.
She showed off the new look at the launch of her Ugg campaign this week, where hairstylist David Lopez described the style as “’90s blowout vibe.”
