Last night, Billboard celebrated ladies in music, and there were tons of fabulous queens out to celebrate. Hailee Steinfeld hosted the Women in Music Awards, and it looked like an awesome night of music. Hailee made a huge splash on the music scene this year. Since the release of her debut album Haiz just over a year ago, Hailee has been getting us all dancing. Last night at the awards, even Hailee’s fashion made us want to get up and dance, which is always an attitude we enjoy with a dress.

We absolutely love the drape and flow of this dress. The red ruffle frames Hailee’s body, and their drape makes it look like Hailee’s ready to dance. The sleeves that show off the shoulder adds an additional bit of fun and energy. The bottom of the dress flares out just enough that we want to see how it twirls.
Styled with fabulous soft waves, Hailee looked ready to cha-cha all night.
The touch of drama around Hailee’s eyes really makes them pop, and we love that Hailee kept things simple with a matte, nude lip.
