Hailee Steinfeld was the definition of slayage in this mini dress with it’s own blue train

Hailee Steinfeld hit the W Magazine Celebration of the Best Performances Portfolio Thursday night wearing THE coolest dress. We still haven’t fully wrapped our heads around this, but we WANT.

The actor/singer, 20, rocked a long-sleeve black sequin dress from Atelier Versace. The skin-tight mini dress featured a silver satin bow at the waist that cascaded into a long train on either side.

REPEAT: mini dress with a satin bow that spills into a train. #mindblown

Hailee’s styling is perfect, and we love the way the ribbon/sash/train accentuated her curves.

She always wears the coolest things.

We have to say, we think she wore it better even than the Atelier Versace Fall 2016 runway super model.

Steinfeld is nominated for a Golden Globes for best actress in a comedy or musical for her performance in The Edge of Seventeen.

She was justifiably emotional about the nomination, tweeting “CALL ME A GOLDEN GLOBE NOMINEE!!! OH MY GOD. I’m in tears. And on a plane. About to take off. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! #EdgeOf17.”

She shares the category with Emma Stone for La La Land, Annette Bening for 20th Century Women, Lily Collins for Rules Don’t Apply, and Meryl Streep for Florence Foster Jenkins.

What an honor to be recognized among such greats. Of course she’s freaking out! ❤️
