Gwyneth Paltrow, queen of class, thanks her ex husband and current boyfriend this Thanksgiving
Gwyneth Paltrow has a lot to be thankful for: a loving family, a successful internet business, her own health. And one of the best things about the starlet-turned-entrepreneur is that she’s aware of this. In fact, ever the queen of class, Gwyneth Paltrow thanked both her ex-husband Chris Martin and her current boyfriend on Instagram! That’s right, Gwyneth Paltrow gave a loving shout-out to ex-husband Chris Martin and Brad Falchuck, her partner of two years. For some, this would be a tricky situation. Not for Gwyneth Paltrow. In fact, she and Chris Martin have handled their “conscious uncoupling” with aplomb. We are thankful for women like Gwyneth, who show us that even in difficult situations, it’s still possible to be kind.
First, Gwyneth Paltrow shared a picture of Chris Martin hugging son Moses
"Here is to reunions, togetherness, family, and love love love. Happy thanksgiving eve, everyone. Love, gp"
We couldn’t have put it better ourselves.
Then Gwyneth proceeded to thank those closest to her
Notice the shout-out to both the men in her life. What a sweetheart. Despite their divorce, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have made family time a top priority. In fact, two days before the couple finalized their divorce, they were spotted enjoying a meal in the Hamptons together with son Moses and daughter Apple. Clearly, family is a top priority for both adults.
Gwyneth’s Instagram post was then followed by an in-action cooking one
Seriously, if that stuffing is as gorgeous as that kitchen, Gwyneth Paltrow has nothing to worry about! As the chef herself once explained,
"My philosophy is: eat good, fresh food that is totally delicious. It has to taste great and be fulfilling to all of the senses. We know so much now about how inextricably linked our food is to our overall health...I know from my own research that the more whole the diet, the better I feel."
She makes a solid point. Now if we could all take a page from Gwyneth’s playbook, perhaps we’d all feel a little healthier, both emotionally and physically.
