Gwyneth Paltrow shares a sweet family photo to celebrate Chris Martin’s birthday
Even though they filed for divorce in 2014, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have kept a seemingly friendly relationship with one another. They’re still the kind of parents who are jointly involved in their kids’ lives, and there doesn’t seem to be any bad blood between them. In fact, Gwyneth doesn’t shy away from posting pictures on her Instagram every once in a while that show Chris happily spending time with his children, 12-year-old Apple and 10-year-old Moses.
This morning Gwyneth posted perhaps the sweetest photo ever of herself, Chris, and their two beautiful kids. This particular picture was meant to celebrate Chris’ 40th birthday. All four of them are smiling ear-to-ear, and you can see the uncanny resemblance between Apple and Chris.
“HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY to the best daddy in the world!!! We ?you so much!” Gwyneth writes. It makes us happy to see these two parents still spending quality time with their kids, even if they’re not married anymore. It’s clear that Gwyneth and Chris have a special friendship and keeping their family together is the top priority.
A few weeks ago she posted a picture of Chris hanging out with his son Moses. They were wearing matching shirts, and their affection for one another will make even the most heartless of people smile.
Last year Gwyneth even posted a picture of her and Chris waiting for their kids to finish a ride at Disney Land. They look perfectly content hanging out with each other.
In the February issue of InStyle, where Gwyneth appears as the cover girl, she opened up about her healthy friendship with Chris. She said even though they are divorced, they still see each other every day and regularly spend time together as a family.
"To this day, Chris would take a bullet for me, even though I’m not his wife, she told InStyle. “I honestly think Chris and I have contributed something positive to the culture of divorce.
It certainly is refreshing to see two exes getting along so well. We look forward to more adorable family photos of Gwyneth, Chris, and the kids.
