Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter Apple is actually a copy-and-paste of her mother

Um…are we seeing double—or even triple? Journalist Derek Blasberg posted a photo of friend Gwyneth Paltrow alongside her mother and daughter, and goodness, the genes in this family are strong. Paltrow’s daughter Apple Martin looks like a copy-and-paste of her mother, who looks like a copy-and-paste of her mother, Blythe Danner. The three generations of beauty in this one photo are almost too pure for this world.

"Today is the middle one's birthday, but let’s celebrate the entire Danner-Paltrow-Martin bloodline," Blasberg wrote in his September 28th Instagram post, dedicated to Paltrow on her 47th birthday. "Here are three kind, talented, sweet, lithe (rhymes with Blythe!), wonderful women."

“The apple doesn’t fall from the tree — and neither does Apple,” he continued. “Wishing you the absolute bestest year ever.”

Seriously, though. This Apple looks as though she barely fell from the tree at all. Fifteen-year-old Apple, who is the daughter of the Goop founder and Coldplay’s Chris Martin, is basically a Paltrow clone.

We don’t see Apple, or her little brother Moses Martin, on Instagram very often. In fact, the last time Apple and Moses made an appearance on their mother’s ‘gram was back in May—and again, we were stunned by all the good genes in one photo.
