Zendaya and Zac Efron get *real* flirty in the new “Greatest Showman” trailer

P.T. Barnum’s life story is getting a fictional adaptation with The Greatest Showman, an original musical film about the man behind the modern circus. Hugh Jackman stars as Barnum, with the lovely Michelle Williams as Barnum’s wife, Charity. Zendaya and Zac Efron also star in The Greatest Showman and from the look of the new trailer, their characters will totally fall for each other. *swoon*

Because in this latest glance at The Greatest Showman, Zendaya and Zac Efron are super flirty and their chemistry is HOT. HOT. HOT. ???.

We got a glimpse of this ‘lil romance in the first trailer, but this is even better: There’s a charged moment between Zendaya’s trapeze artist, Anne Wheeler, and Zac Efron’s Period Hunk, Phillip Carlyle. It’s brief, but it’s so good — so electric — that you can’t help but feel giddy. Plus, Zendaya rocks a cotton candy pink wig — who wouldn’t stop in their tracks!

Anne even character *kisses* someone — but it’s not clear who.

But like…we’re pretty sure it’s Phillip, and we’re living for it.

The Greatest Showman trailer mainly focuses on Jackman, which makes sense seeing as, you know, it’s a movie (in theaters December 20th) about his character. It shows him singing and dancing, and bringing a crew of misfits together to create some real exciting and innovative live entertainment.

“Don’t listen to them,” Barnum tells a (presumably) melancholic performer near the end of the trailer. “They don’t understand you, but they will.” Um, who else is feeling hella inspired? And who else is so ready to watch this movie?! Guess they weren’t kidding when they called Barnum The Greatest Showman…
