If you’re watching the Oscars tonight and asking yourself, “Who is E! News host Giuliana Rancic married to?”, you’re not alone. Eagle-eyed viewers noticed that Giuliana wasn’t wearing her wedding ring on the Oscars red carpet, and quickly started wondering whether she’s still married to her husband of more than a decade, Bill Rancic.

The answer? Yes, Giuliana Rancic’s married to Bill, she just chose not to wear her wedding set tonight.

Bill and Giuliana Rancic married back in 2007 on the Italian island of Capri. Two years later, the couple starred in their own reality show, Giuliana and Bill, which aired on the Style Network, and then E!, until 2014.

The Rancics, who have been open about their challenges with infertility, had their first child, Duke, via surrogate in 2012, and in 2015 revealed that they had tragically lost their last embryo.

Rancic was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and, because she has had to take cancer-suppressing medication after a double mastectomy, she has long had difficulty gaining weight and struggled to get pregnant.

“It was painful,” Rancic told People of the embryo loss. “We were so optimistic with this last embryo. We thought, ‘This is definitely going to work. This is our last shot.’”

Despite the couple’s long marriage, Giuliana sometimes opts to go without her wedding set on the red carpet, and viewers definitely notice.

Rancic went ring-free on the red carpet in 2017 and 2016, and viewers on Twitter weren’t quiet about it.

Don’t fret though, friends, the Rancics are still happily married and Giuliana even offered this marriage advice after a decade together:

"We don’t just love each other, we like each other. And I think that’s really important in a relationship. We’re best friends. We’re each other’s biggest confidant, each other’s biggest fan. We support each other."
