“The Girl on the Train” trailer is here and it’s shattering our Wednesday

It’s HERE. Today we finally got to see the first trailer for The Girl on the Train, and ohmygodyouguys it’s incredible. The house. The train. The tunnel. Everything is JUST like we imagined it. Emily Blunt is the perfect Rachel, and Haley Bennett is the perfect Megan.

The Girl on the Train, if you’re unfamiliar (which, OMG, where have you been) is a psychological thriller book by Paula Hawkins that took the world by storm last year. It was largely referred to as “The Next Gone Girl,” and with good reason: The book is suspenseful, eerie, and keeps you guessing until the very last second. And now, the movie gods are making it into a feature film, so we can get our pants even more scared off.

Everything about this trailer will haunt you to your very core. Especially the goosebump-inducing rendition of Kanye West’s “Heartless.” You have to see it for yourself. And if you haven’t read the book, get on that ASAP. There’s still time before the movie comes out!
