This Girl Scout rewrote a Cardi B song to sell cookies, and someone give her a record deal STAT

It’s February, which means Girl Scout cookie season is officially in full swing. And while the competition is fierce, one California Scout has her cookie-selling game on lockdown, with a rewrite of Cardi B’s “Money.” According to CBSLA, Kiki Paschall, a Junior in San Fernando Valley’s Troop 3246, sat down with her mom to pen the now-viral rewrite. She told the news outlet that it took her a mere hour to rework the song’s lyrics, although she wasn’t sure how many takes she’d need. In the video, Paschall sits surrounded by a mountain of cookie boxes.
"Been in this game since 2014/Selling them cookies is my thing," she raps. "Buy Thin Mints or even S'mores/Please open up when I knock on your door." Then, in the chorus, she sings: "I got girls in my troop/Cookies to the roof."
Just take our money now.
It wasn’t long before the official Girl Scouts of the USA Twitter shared her video. As of February 5th, it’s received almost 74,000 likes and more than 22,000 retweets.
Others were equally impressed with the rap.
Paschall’s efforts also brought in money in a big way: She’s currently sold more than 1,000 boxes of cookies. And even if those Do-Si-Dos don’t sell, she clearly has a budding music career. Now, we wonder if Cardi B has seen this.
