Gigi Hadid’s winter fashion is a literal primer in how to layer like a fashion kween

We want to look like Gigi Hadid braving the streets of cold NY every winter, because the girl slays. Of course Gigi Hadid makes cold weather look hawt. Woman can wear the hell out of a turtleneck.

Seen walking the streets of NYC, Hadid was bundled up in a white knit turtleneck from her own Tommy Hilfiger line, a black-and-white striped belted coat by Victoria Beckham with black contrasting arm warmers, ripped jeans, and ankle boots by Freda Salvador.

See how the cable knit of the sweater peaks through the front of the coat, which looks like it’s designed to not close all the way?

And the stripes of her coat, which is in a checkerboard knit, compliment the cable knit of her sweater and sleeves?

THIS IS NOT JUST FASHION. THIS IS A SIGN OF HEIGHTENED INTELLIGENCE. THIS IS POETRY.

(We’re being one-hundred percent serious. We are in awe.)

Seriously, Hadid’s got winter layering on lock.

That printed blouse reminds us of a sweater she wore a few days ago.

She layered the black-and-orange sweater with leather leggings, a long black coat, and some seriously bad-ass black house slipper-looking footwear.

Tuesday, she was spotted in a blueish-grey python-patterned coat layered over a hoodie, loose leggings, and sneaks.

Here, she pairs jeans with tall grey stiletto lace-up boots, a black trench coat, and more Victorias Secret bags than we would know what to do with.

Between walking in the Victoria’s Secret runway show, to being the new face of Reebok, Gigi Hadid is on fire. We wonder, does she have a live-in stylist who puts these looks together for her, or is she using her own crazy-busy brain-space to complete this next-level layering?
