We love that Zayn Malik wears Gigi Hadid’s clothes and not just the other way around
Sharing is caring, but the lines around that sentiment become a bit blurry when it comes to couples and their clothing. Luckily, things are way less complicated between Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik, who admit to sharing clothing with no concern for outdated gender rules.
Much to our delight, the couple told Vogue they frequently raid each other’s closets, which we absolutely love.
Bonding over fashion with bae is something many of us wish we could do. Given Gigi and Zayn’s fluid attitude toward style, we imagine getting dressed on date nights probably goes much smoother. Can’t beat having a partner who shares your aesthetic and provides helpful feedback on your look.
The fashion mag showcased Hadid and Malik on its August cover and spoke with the pair about their respective styles.
"I shop in your closet all the time, don’t I?" Hadid asks Malik in their joint interview. Malik counters, "What was that T-shirt I borrowed the other day?"
Hadid tells him it was her Anna Sui shirt, and he responds, “I like that shirt. And if it’s tight on me, so what? It doesn’t matter if it was made for a girl.”

Hadid agrees with Malik, saying, “Totally. It’s not about gender. It’s about, like, shapes. And what feels good on you that day. And anyway, it’s fun to experiment.”
We couldn’t agree more. Plus, if this means there is one less guy in the world harboring unresolved anger and plotting revenge because a girl stole his hoodie, then we’re all for couples sharing clothes.
