Gigi Hadid posted the sweetest tribute to Bella and her mom for opening up about their Lyme disease
We love, love, love when celebs use their platforms to raise awareness of super important issues, and the Hadid family is raising awareness of lyme disease. ICYMI, both Bella Hadid and mom Yolanda Foster have lyme disease (along with their youngest sibling, Anwar). Bella has been open about how what it’s like to live with lyme disease, and, recently, the super beautiful model and her mom put in even more work by attending the Global Lyme Alliance Gala. Gigi Hadid wrote a super sweet tribute to her mom and sister, and we’re so here for it.
"My ❤️!!!" Gigi began in the Instagram post.
She continued,
"So proud of my mamma and sissy for sharing their battle with Lyme Disease to spread awareness!"
And, Gigi explained, it was for a good cause.
"$2.7M raised at this week's @globallymealliance gala to help find better diagnostic testing & a cure !!!!"
