Gigi Hadid rocked a Rapunzel braid last night and it was crazy gorgeous

Gigi Hadid was the host of the iHeartRadio MUCH Music Video Awards last night, and she totally owned her hosting duties. In addition, she slayed all six of her outfit changes, especially this look reminiscent of Michael Jackson:

But our absolute favorite part of her entire assortment of looks, was her ultra-long Rapunzel-style braid. Her hairstylist, Jennifer Yepez, was responsible for the look, and it’s pretty safe to say some extensions were involved. The finished product is unexpected, fun, and chic AF.

Gigi kept the braided look for much of the evening, pairing it with a few of her many different outfits.

She completely rocked it on the red carpet:

She also kept the braid in, with slight adjustments, for a number of different on stage looks. She kept it low while on stage in this cropped two-piece set.

For one of the looks, she elevated the braid to top-of-the-head status:

And for another she went for a fishtail braid.

For one last braid inspired look, she took that top-of-head braid and turned it into a braided topknot. Chic, chic, chic.

Not only did her hair look flawless, it gave us some pretty spiffy ideas for looks we can do pretty easily ourselves.
