George Clooney’s dad just revealed the cutest details about the twins

Congratulations are in order for new parents, Amal and George Clooney! The two welcomed healthy twin babies, Alexander and Ella, into the world just yesterday, and we couldn’t be happier for them!

Because the twins were born so, so recently, we weren’t expecting to hear any details about the little ones for weeks, if not months, which is why we’re so excited George’s dad, Nick, recently opened up about the family’s new additions! Yay!

Alexander and Ella Clooney, according to Nick’s wife, look just like George with dark hair. Nick told a Fox affiliate in Cincinnati, “Nina swears they have George’s nose. I don’t know what that means.” Lol. Well, I guess we don’t really know just yet who the little tikes look like.

He also talked about how Amal is doing post-delivery, and we’re hardly surprised to hear that she’s been a total rock star. He said she’s “Super Woman,” and has been “amazing.” The lucky grandparents got to peep the twins and check in on Amal and George via video chat a couple hours after the babies had been born.

He also gushed about his new daughter-in-law and how they knew she was the one for George. “By golly, when we met Amal, we got that figured out in a hurry. Just as I, George married up.” Awwww.

And, George? Nick jokes that he’s taking some time to decompress. “His eyes were glazed so I’m not sure that he was sober. We’ll figure that out.” Hahahaha!

We’re so excited for the family! We can’t wait to hear more about these little cuties. We have no doubt they are going to rule the world with parents like these!
