Gap is giving us the ultimate ’90s #TBT by rebooting some of their most popular styles from the decade

If you’ve been feeling nostalgic for the decades past this winter, the people over at Gap have likely sensed your nostalgia in the wind. For their latest clothing campaign, the Gap rebooted popular ’90s styles AND brought in a mixture of classic ’90s models and new, yet wistful faces.

The limited-edition, re-archive collection and Generation Gap campaign highlights classic ’90s Gap creations including the Bodysuit, the Pocket Tee, both Reverse Fit and Easy Fit Denim looks. The people featured in the new series include iconic model Naomi Campbell alongside offspring of various music legends. There’s Coco Gordon, artist and daughter of Kim Gordon; actor Evan Ross, Diana Ross’s son; and singer and Aerosmith heir Chelsea Tyler — plus more!

As an homage to Gap’s past musical ads, the attractive-looking crew sang Color Me Badd’s 1992 hit, “All 4 Love.”

In a press release sent to HelloGiggles, Naomi Campbell shared her feelings about the campaign,

"It’s an honor to be here, in the same outfit that I wore twenty years ago in my Gap ad. The creativity in the ‘90s is something I’m so grateful that I got to be a part of and to see and to learn from and to draw inspiration from.

This is what Jagger had to say about the brand’s signature style:

“The classic look for anyone is not just a ‘90’s look. The white t-shirt and jeans look has gone through the decades and is still around, and I think of that as being really Gap."

Each of the Generation Gap models was featured in their own short video as well, you can check out the full series on Youtube.
