There was a mini Stark reunion on “Game of Thrones,” and here come the emotions

There are spoilers ahead for the latest episode of Game of Thrones, “The Queen’s Justice,” so if you haven’t watched it yet, what are you even doing here. Shoo. It’s on HBO Go right this second. Go.
I’ve always wondered what would happen to my emotions when multiple Starks finally found one another again. Jon Snow and Sansa meeting again during Season 6 was pretty epic, and there’s a whole section of my heart solely dedicated to Sansa and Arya embracing after all this time. (And omg, they better see each other again, do you hear me, Game of Thrones?)
That being said, I never expected to CRY when Bran finally made it back to Winterfell in one piece. With Jon off in the south trying to make nice with Dany, Sansa is in charge and Lady of the House. While she’s out wandering the grounds, and Littlefinger is talking at her (don’t listen to him, Sansa), she gets word that she’s needed at the gate right away. We saw Bran at the Wall an episode back, and now the Night’s Watch has brought him safely home.
Honestly, I am just so happy for Sansa. She has been through so much — more than any other Stark, and yes, that includes Jon dying — and she deserves every ounce of happiness she gets. Even if Bran shows up and then immediately tries to mansplain to her what it means to be the “~Three Eyed Raven~” and Sansa is like “what?” Girl, you hug your brother even though he’s claiming to be an all-powerful entity, and you just don’t understand. You deserve this hug.
Last episode we saw Ayra turn North, and hopefully that means that soon, Sansa can hug her, too.
