Katniss Everdeen + Jon Snow = The ultimate fandom face-off
It’s not every day our fandom worlds collide — but thanks to the powers of the Internet, we now know what the ultimate face-off could look like between Katniss Everdeen and Snow — Jon Snow, that is.
In this latest twist on the trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Pt. 2, we get the impression that President Snow isn’t the only Snow that Katniss isn’t afraid to go up against. And it seems as if Jon Snow just has a habit of attracting girls who know their way around a bow and arrow.
YouTube user David Elmaleh is behind the creation of this latest treat, but he’s no stranger to giving us wacky crossover worlds. (You can also check out his mashup of the new Batman v. Superman movie and The Social Network — they’re linked via the shared casting of Jesse Eisenberg in both films, and it’s a pretty ingenious look at what could happen if the fictional Mark Zuckerberg got a little too power-hungry.)
The Hunger Game of Thrones: Jon Snow Must Die is exactly the showdown we never knew we needed, and it definitely begs the question of who would win in a no-holds-barred fight: Katniss Everdeen or Jon Snow?
