Gal Gadot just got super real about what it’s like to have kids, proves she’s a real wonder woman

If you ever needed more proof that Gal Gadot was the IRL Wonder Woman, look no further than her latest Instagram post.

The Israeli actor, whose latest film, Wonder Woman, is already breaking box office and social media records, shared a sweet makeup-free selfie in which she shared what her morning with two young children was like.

Gadot was pregnant while filming Wonder Woman, and has since shared how she and the crew of the movie hid her bump while shooting (it all involved a green screen). She then gave birth in March of this year to her daughter, Maya, and shared the news in an understated Insta post.

Well, in her latest post, Gal Gadot got super real about parenting, and it proves that she’s even more of a badass than her on-screen persona.

The picture, which at the time of writing, has over 1.1 million likes on the social network, shows Gadot without makeup. But it’s the picture’s caption that we’re all about.

“Sleepless night , colic 3 months old baby and an early wake up by my 5 year old,” the actor wrote. “Went to the garden to get some fresh air with my coffee to help me wake up and now watching The Cat In The Hat with my daughter.”

That’s one busy morning, tbh.

Continuing, she added:

"It always amazes me how the most simple things are the ones to make us the happiest."

The snap was taken by Gadot’s other half, Yaron Versano, who recently shared a picture of himself wearing a rather incredible T-shirt that described his wife perfectly.

Indeed, these two have been showing their love and dedication to each other on social media, with Gadot writing a sweet and heartfelt message to her husband for Father’s Day.

“To my other half , father of my children and love of my life @jaronvarsano . You are simply the best dad EVER! I couldn’t ask for a better person to be the role model for my babies. You are our anchor, our hero and our heart ❤️ love you to the moon and back. Happy Father’s Day to all amazing dads out there. And to my own loving , protecting and amazing dad Micheal . Celebrate all the great fathers and men in your life,” she wrote.

Aww, we love seeing how happy their family unit is. What’s more, it’s fab to see Gal Gadot sharing her IRL experiences as a mother. After all, moms are some of the best IRL Wonder Women in the world.
