YouTube is like a giant mud-bath. You really have to wade through it and get your hands dirty to find what you’re looking for. And if what you’re looking for is hilarious sketch comedy featuring hilarious females, we’re here to do the digging.

Today’s Funny Lady Minute comes from a Canadian-based comedy duo known as Terrific Women which caught my eye because: I love terrific women. I love terrific food. And I really love terrific parodies of 1970s food shows.

Here’s the pitch: Steph Kaliner and Sara Hennessey, a.k.a Linda and Joy, are just two cable access hosts from the era of bell-bottoms and Jello molds. They’re here to give advice to the not-so-modern woman on how to fill a pie with cottage cheese, mince a clam into a deliciously awful dip and of course, make ham taste more pineapple-y. If you’re longing for the days of avocado kitchens and dizzyingly felted wallpaper, here is your elixir. Just watch. It be funny.
