Here are those brand new ‘Frozen Fever’ stills we’ve been hankering for

Earlier today, weather-predicting groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, saw his shadow, which means that there are still six more weeks of winter. It also means that this is a great time to bring out some Frozen images from the brand new Disney short, Frozen Fever!

This new Frozen adventure will drop in front of the live-action Cinderella (which is already penciled into our calendars, for March 13th) and the original cast is all back on board, including Kristen Bell as Anna, Idina Menzel as Elsa, Josh Gad as Olaf and Jonathan Groff as Kristoff. Things seemed to have warmed up in Arendelle, and everyone’s gathered together for Anna’s birthday party. But it gets a little crazy when Elsa comes down with a cold on the big day — get it, a cold? We see what you did there, Frozen. Director Jennifer Lee told USA Today that, “Elsa doesn’t get a cold in the usual way. She’s special. Surprising things occur that wreak a little havoc.”

There’s also a new song from Oscar-winning husband and wife team, Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, so be prepared to have that stuck in your head right next to “Let It Go” for the next decade. As Gad commented, “If history is any indicator, kids will go nuts.”

And yes, the sister’s new family portrait, plus Kristoff and Olaf and reindeer Sven, is inspired by AwkwardFamilyPhotos.com, so I’m glad Arendelle has a steady WiFi connection.

Let’s just call it like it is, I’m already a little obsessed with Elsa’s magical flower dress. Think I’ll be able to find that in my size at the Disney Store?
