There’s a way to get free MAC lipstick. Here’s how.
As soon as we read the words “free” and “lipstick” in the same sentence our Monday instantly transformed into something beautiful and exciting and full of hope. Free lipstick? Awesome. Free MAC lipstick? YES PLEASE.
As a part of their Back to MAC program, the popular makeup company will be recycling empty MAC containers so that you can save some of your hard-earned cash and prevent your packaging from ending up in the trash. Helping the environment and helping our wallets? Sign us up, please!
All you have to do is save your empty MAC containers. Once you accrue six empty containers, simply bring them to a MAC counter or ship them back to the company, select a free lipstick, and – ta-da! – you’ll save at least $15! The best part is that you can return MAC containers from any product, which is pretty awesome.
Here’s exactly what MAC has to say about this eco-friendly venture: “Because we share your commitment to the environment, M·A·C accepts returns of its primary packaging through the Back to M·A·C Program. By returning six [6] M·A·C primary packaging containers to a M·A·C counter or M·A·C Cosmetics online, you’ll receive a free M·A·C lipstick of your choice as our thanks to you. Please note, Lipsticks provided at no charge cannot be returned or exchanged.”
Now, let’s talk lipstick.

Oh! And Cosmo looks like a gorgeously subtle shade:
If you’re looking for something a bit darker for fall/winter, Rendezvous will definitely suffice:
Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’re going to go count our empty MAC containers.
