This video of a food surgeon doing a Kit Kat/Three Musketeers bar transplant makes us feel weird inside

Surgery is always an intense situation– hence the popularity of shows like Grey’s Anatomy, ER, and House. But when the surgery involves two of our favorite candy bars, the stakes are even more raised– with hilarious, tasty results.
The Food Surgeon made this video of his transplant of a Kit Kat Bar spine into a Three Musketeers bar and it is fascinating:
Of course, my stomach is growling just watching this. Such precision! Look at the way he removes those fluffy innards with the help of a scalpel and a pair of tweezers. I wonder if the surgeon was humming to himself, “Slice me out a piece of that Kit Kat bar.” For those of you who are interested, his Surgeon’s Notes are pretty darn funny, too. I for sure would want my doctor to have a sense of humor!
The Food Surgeon is known for performing all sorts of brilliant procedures, including “Cookie Reassignment Surgery,” where he replaces the raisins in a cookie with chocolate chips, and “Avocado In Vitro Fertilization,” where he replaces an avocado’s pit. This man is not solely a YouTube sensation and surgeon, he is an artist! I can’t wait to see what he does next.
