The photographer behind the famous #FollowMeTo series just explained how much goes into making his gorgeous shots happen

The now-famous photographer who posts photos of himself “following” his wife around the globe while holding her hand makes the viral photo series look pretty simple. Because why wouldn’t it be?

The photo series captures Murad Osmann and his wife Nataly Zakharov’s travels all over the world. Zakharov leads the way, and Osmann follows while capturing the moments with his camera.

The #FollowMeTo photos are absolutely stunning — like, legit gorgeous. There’s a casualness about them that makes them seem so simple to take, but they’re not. And Osmann has finally explained how he does it in a video he posted on YouTube. The video chronicles their process during a recent trip in India.

The finished shots are so perfect (partly thanks to Osmann’s Photoshop skills), it’s hard to imagine anything else going on around the couple at that exact moment. But that’s just not the case at all. The video shows all the traveling, prepping, tests shots and behind the scenes action that goes into each and every shot.

But it’s all worth it, because…

And…

And…

And…

And…

The photos give us some serious travel goals. And Photoshop goals. And life goals in general.
