Floss Gloss has blessed us with an angelic new nail polish shade
Floss Gloss has blessed us with a divine new nail polish shade just in time for fall, and it’s exactly what we’ve been praying for.
The Brooklyn-based brand might be “the bad girls of the nail game,” but their latest release, Tauped By An Angel, is more saint than sinner. It’s a gorgeous new neutral for a flawless fall and an angelic autumn, and we’ve got to have it on our hands ASAP.
The rich, opaque taupe shade is a little bit brown with a touch of berry. It’s a nice compliment to the line’s neutral Lipliner and Mauve Wives shades. Tauped evokes a ’70s or ’80s vibe while still being very 2017.
Okay, this is the dreamiest thing ever.
As with all Floss Gloss polishes, Tauped is 7-free. That means no Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP), or Xylene. (Got all that?) In addition to being better for humans, it’s also cruelty-free and not tested on our animal friends. ::insert praying hands emoji::
A masterpiece.
The photo campaign for the polish borrows from iconic works of art like Michaelangelo’s “Creation of Adam” detail from the Sistine Chapel. Other images feature soft and pretty hazy florals and candles.
So holy right now.
The neutral shade matches pretty much any ensemble or skin tone, and goes from the church to the club with ease.
Truly inspiring.
We’re not sure if nail polish is allowed at the convent, but we think this shade would look cute no matter what…jussayin’.
The softest of soft goth looks.
