We have our first official photo for the ‘Ghostbusters’ reboot

It’s been a while since we heard from our Lady Ghostbusters. What are they up to? How are they? How are they spending the holidays? Have they finished all their Christmas shopping yet? And maybe most importantly, have they taken any calls recently?

Looks like they have, and suited up to respond. Earlier today, an official image from the movie was released, showing us that our girls — Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones — are ready for whatever is gonna come their way. Like there was any doubt in our mind; our first call is always going to be these four.

While the new image doesn’t reveal any information about the plot whatsoever, one thing is clear: These ladies aren’t afraid of no ghosts. The new image of them together is reminiscent of the previously released foursome group shot, that had them standing in front of the Ecto-1, proton packs a the ready. They’ve traded the car in to head inside, and find themselves a kind-spooky greenish-glow building (that looks like the American Horror Story: Hotel hotel, but maybe that’s just me). Are there ghosts inside?  Probably. (Hopefully!!) But they’re ready.

Also, the fact that McKinnon is wearing sunglasses inside makes this image so much better. She’s cool enough to wear sunglasses inside.
