Finn Wolfhard’s “Stranger Things” costars are showing him all the love for his 13th birthday
We’ve known for a long time now that the Stranger Things kids have the dopest squad in town, so when we heard that Friday, December 23rd was Finn Wolfhard’s (aka Mike Wheeler’s) 13th birthday, we just knew that Millie Bobby Brown, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, and Noah Schnapp would do something to show their love.
We just didn’t think they’d do this much.
All four kids showed their love for the leader of the kid squad (and Nancy’s little brother) on Instagram, each posting photos of the actor with a doting caption.
Matarazzo, who plays Dustin Henderson on the show, posted a very blurry close-up of Wolfhard’s face, because kids aren’t necessarily great at Instagram. The caption reads “Happy birthday to my friend finnster. Finn you have done so much for me and you have been such a good friend. Happy 14th bud! Love ya dude.???,” though, which adorably makes up for it.
McLaughlin, who plays Lucas Sinclair, posted a photo of the boys posing together next to a science experiment (much better), and wrote “Happy Birthday to my Broski Finnleredmeegeee hope you have a wonderful day @finnwolfhardofficial #season1#welooksoyoung.”

Brown, who is obviously our Fair Queen Eleven, posted a chic professional photo of herself and Wolfhard (because, again, she’s our Queen), writing “Happy birthday finnie❤️ have the best day! See you soon!”

And finally Schnapp, who plays the beleaguered Will Byers, definitely took a screengrab of a red carpet picture from Getty and wrote “Happy birthday Finn! (Finnlard McGee) Hope you have the best bday ever! nice, funny and talented. Killer combo. Can’t wait to get back to filming with you on S2! PS save some cake for me?#birthday #finnlard #pupforever.”
