No one can figure out where this woman’s legs are in this photo

Okay, we might still be a little hungover from all the eggnog, turkey, Christmas cookies, cakes and family time, but we’re absolutely certain something’s wrong with this picture. No matter how hard we stare at it, we just can’t find the missing legs in this viral optical illusion photo.

In the photo shared on Reddit by jr0d7771 four days ago, six women are sitting next to each other on a couch. They’re hanging out, drinking beer and wine, and just enjoying each other’s company.

But there’s one confusing problem with the photo — a pair of legs is missing.

The legs of the second girl from the left are M.I.A.. It’s possible she just doesn’t have an legs, but that theory doesn’t seem to make sense considering the way she’s sitting. It’s also possible she’s simply sitting on her legs like some sort of insanely flexible Cirque du Soleil performer. But that doesn’t seem to make sense either based on her position on the couch.

The general consensus from Reddit users is that since both women on the left are wearing black jeans, the missing legs are actually underneath the legs of the woman on the far left.

Imgur user justonewordforyou made the photo brighter and highlighted everyone’s legs to make things a little clearer.

Except, what? It still doesn’t make sense to us. WHERE ARE HER LEGS?
