“Fifty Shades Darker” just released a new teaser, and WE’RE OBSESSED!

Dust off your handcuffs, because kinky lovebirds Ana Steele and Christian Grey are back.

A teaser has just been released for Fifty Shades Darker, the the sequel to the trilogy’s first film, Fifty Shades of Grey. As you very likely know, the films are based on the wildly successful books by E.L. James.

Along with the teaser, the official movie poster was also Tweeted out by @FiftyShades, with an announcement that the full trailer would be released on Tuesday, September 13th.

Fifty Shades Darker will hit theaters on February 10, 2017 (just in time for Valentine’s Day). It picks up right where Fifty Shades of Grey left off – with Ana and Christian heartbroken after their relationship’s abrupt end (and us heartbroken that there could potentially be no more forays into the Play Room).

The script has been penned by Niall Leonard, who’s actually married to E.L. James. Leonard is also slated to be the screenwriter for the third and final film, Fifty Shades Freed.

The teaser and the poster give us a taste of the epic masquerade they both attend. And with only one word of dialogue spoken by Christian, “Intrigued?” hearts everywhere are already racing.

We can’t freaking wait for the full trailer coming later this week, and hopefully we’ll all be able to pre-order our tickets. Fingers crossed.
