Fergie gave the best advice to her younger self and we totally agree
It’s no secret we lovvvvve Fergie. Not just her music and sense of style, but also her advice. Recently, she took to Twitter and Fergie gave the best advice to her younger self. Of course, the single she dropped last month, “Life Goes On,” has great advice, too, as Entertainment Weekly reported.
“Life goes on, with or without you/Damn it, baby, what you gonna do…”
Someone has to tell it like it is, and we’re ~huge~ fans of how real Fergie is with us, whether it’s through her lyrics or Twitter advice videos. You may have seen the latter, and we loved what she had to say to Twitter user @Tweet2Stella on December 2nd. If you’re like us, you’ll play it over and over and over again.
Fergie answered the question: “What advice would you give your younger self?” Here’s what she had to say.

First, Fergie laughs and says, “There’s a lot of stuff.” Then, she responds. “One of the things that I love is, just be nice to yourself. Especially with all the comments these days, there are so many people that are just going to hide behind computers and screen names and just hate, and so you’ve gotta have your own back.”
We def hear that.
