Pris Blossom is a freelance writer, Latinx feminist, wannabe yogi, and mom to a rambunctious, car-obsessed, book-loving toddler.
Aside from contributing to Hello Giggles, Pris also writers for Romper and USA Today‘s 10Best. She takes her coffee decaf and skinny, eats strictly vegetarian cuisine, and enjoys long walks when the weather gets below 75 degrees. Catch her on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, or on her website, where she blogs semi-regularly about feminism, parenting, (pop) culture, and (occasionally) travel.
Where I live now: Still in the 305
Fave book of ALL time: Little Women by Louisa May Alcott, Top of the World by Hans Ruesch, all Archie comics (even the bad ones)
Person who inspires me the most: My son. He’s my #1 motivator in life. Also, my awesome online feminist “girl gang” and all the amazing feminists out there doing their part to make the world better.
What made me want to become a writer: I just always loved writing. And when I found out my original childhood career goal of “professional juror” was not, in fact, a real profession, I decided writing (for magazines, newspapers, books, TV) was the ultimate goal. The career choice got a bump when I became infatuated with Peggy Olson, of course.
Music I listen to when I write: My old college station, WVUM 90.5 FM
Fave place to work: I have a toddler at home so escaping to the library is pure magic.
Writers I look up to: Jenji Kohan, Amy Sherman-Palladino (TV writers are highly underrated)

My favorite story I wrote/made for HelloGiggles is… This advice piece on how to handle your first day of school.
The title of my memoir would be… Sex, Drugs, and Sesame Street (a working title, of course)
