Our fave Kat Von D Beauty products are featured in the “American Horror Story: Cult” campaign

When we need to add a few jump scares to our lives, there’s no show better to watch than American Horror Story — if it weren’t so amazing we wouldn’t put ourselves through such fear. In a fun twist for beauty lovers, Kat Von D Beauty has several products featured in the campaign for the upcoming American Horror Story: Cult, and we’re super pumped about it.

If ever there were a show that utilizes fanciful and creative makeup techniques, it’s American Horror Story, and Kat’s products fit perfectly with their overall vibe and aesthetic. It’s a match made in beauty horror heaven.

Kat Von D Beauty’s lipstick and lip liner were used in the American Horror Story: Cult ad campaign and they look incredible.


Makeup artist Kerry Herta reveals that she used the Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Nahz Fur Atoo and Damned, and the Everlasting Lip Liner in Homegirl to create this look. She also prepped the eyes with Kat Von D’s Lock-It Eyeshadow primer, and it looks like her hard work paid off because those eyelids are insane.

As if that weren’t enough, Kat Von D’s products were also used in a promo commercial for American Horror Story: Cult.

That’s Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Underage Red, as well as the Ink Liner and Lock-It primer.
