Mila Kunis looked like a goth princess on her first solo red carpet
Mila Kunis is no stranger to the red carpet, and she’s known as a star who can rock a dark, edgy look while still looking fresh and chic. We were curious if Mila was always that way, or if her style developed over time. We took a look back to her first red carpet event, the 1st Annual TV Guide Awards in 1999, she looked a vampire goth princess, and we love it.
Really, the 90s were all about glamour with a little edge.
Just check out Jessica Biel, giving us some serious smolder in her black dress.
Even Debra Messing is channeling a little of the sexy villain Poison Ivy in her plant-themed dress and rich red curls.
These days, Mila can still be relied on to give us that edgy glow we love.
Like here, at the 2014 Golden Globes, where she looked stone cold in metallic silver:
Or in this blood red vampire ballerina number from the 2009 Emmy’s:
We love seeing that the star began her red carpet journey with that hint of drama we’ve come to love her for.
