We love watching pop (and now country?) sensation Lady Gaga evolve from album to album. This latest transition from her lingerie-wearing “Born This Way” image to the suited up, pink cowboy hat “Joanne” Gaga might be her greatest evolution yet. When she’s not playing in dive bars or performing on live television, Gaga is taking some time to herself or hanging out with family and friends. Most recently, the singer hung out with her horse Trigger and Gaga looked like a beautiful, badass goth cowgirl.

In true Gaga fashion, she and Trigger stepped out in style. She wore a too-cool-for-school fringed black leather vest and black cowboy hat. She paired the look with red leather boots, leaving us wanting to be her.

“Gotta feel blessed for beautiful day,” Gaga captioned the picture on her Instagram.

Gaga and Trigger were brought together last year around Christmas time. She was a very large, and very surprising gift from Gaga’s record label, Interscope.

“I will ride, and care for, and love her forever,” Gaga wrote when she and Trigger were first introduced.

And whenever Gaga gets to go back home, she and Trigger hang out like the BFFs they are. Gaga often rides her to get juice from the market, because why the heck not?

Now more than ever, Trigger and Gaga seem to have matching styles, and Gaga looks natural as ever riding Trigger with her new country western image. We think John Wayne would be proud.
