One of the long-reigning queens of the fashion industry, Kate Moss, is launching her own modeling agency, and according to an interview with Imran Ahmed from The Business of Fashion, her new venture is about so much more than just looks.

Moss revealed her vision for Kate Moss Agency as more of a talent partnership with the models than a straight-up modeling agency.

The agency is expected to fully launch later in the year, but Moss just launched the @KateMossAgency Instagram account and website and the project is already gaining a following.

The agency is set to start working with a small handful of talent, though none of the models have been revealed yet!

Meanwhile, Moss has been quietly building a killer team alongside her business partner and former booking agent, Lucy Baxter!

While Moss clearly stated her agency is focusing less on conventional attractiveness and more on all-around talent, it’s hard not to wonder if any of her models have been influenced by her iconic career.

“You know that film Gia? Faye Dunaway plays the agent. I could so do that! But I want to focus more on managing people’s careers than just running a modelling agency,” Moss explained.

Get it, Moss!
