In today’s “stars, they’re just like us!” moment, Adam Brody, aka our forever Seth Cohen, has confirmed a truth universally acknowledged: Pretty much everything we wore in the early 2000s was a disaster.

In an interview with James Corden, our favorite The O.C. cast member (and, let’s be honest, one of our faves from Gilmore Girls, too) revealed that he regrets everything he wore before 2010.

So that means outfits like this one, worn in 2003.

Reflecting on his earlier sartorial sensibilities, Brody also told Corden that his ’90s style inspiration was a “combination of … Vanilla Ice and The Coreys,” and said that a scene from the film Dream a Little Dream — featuring way too much mousse — led him to have “very crispy hair in elementary school.”

Oh, Adam.
