Did we just discover a way to wear sweats to work? Julianne Hough worked out on Good Morning America on Wednesday. Not only did she work out, though, she #werked a pair of red sweat pants with navy blue pumps and a blue trench coat. Of course she of all people could make sweats look business casual-chic. Next time your office has casual Friday, you’re going to try to pull this off, right? Yeah, us too.

On GMA, Hough walked Lara Spencer through her daily morning wellness routine. She begins with some warm lemon water and fresh vegetable juice. That must be how she gets that poreless, porcelain complexion.

Then she shows off a couple of workout moves that she says anyone can do. But then she does one, a jumpy/squatty thing that looks crazy hard, and we’re like, naahhh. We’re good.

Then again, we do want to look good in sweats, soooo…

Finally, she displays her favorite breakfast item: cupcake egg cups, and we’re like, yeaaah.

That looks good.
