She must have raided Rachel Green’s closet recently, because Jennifer Aniston’s ’90s-inspired handkerchief dress is definitely something her Friends character would have worn. The actress stepped out with her friends, Will Arnett and Jason Bateman, for the unveiling of Bateman’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this week. To the event, she donned a floral print dress with a high-neck and handkerchief hemline that we totally would have worn to a high school dance back in the day.
The flirty floral frock, by Proenza Schouler, is an unusual choice for Aniston, who typically prefers streamlined, fitted dresses in neutral shades. But with L.A. temps in the 90s, we don’t blame her for choosing a gorgeous, flowing, tie-front dress.
You can shop this “abstract pumpkin print” dress here, for $1,455.
See? Major Rachel vibes.
Aniston spoke about her friend Bateman during the star presentation ceremony, first roasting him and showing a photo of his childhood face on the cover of Muppet Magazine (LOL).
BUT! She did follow that up with a heartfelt tribute, saying,
Sounds like this guy really deserves his star. Congrats, Jason! And Jen, let us know when we can borrow your dress.
