The onset of October really means one thing: the countdown to Halloween is on. In just a few short weeks, the most wonderful, spooky time of the year will be upon us, and we’ll need a costume (or two) to help us usher in the holiday. If you’re still looking to peg down said Halloween costumes  — and as procrastinators, we know more than a few of us still are — then may we suggest a new concept: picking a costume based on hair color.

In fact, we’ve selected killer Halloween costumes for *many* hair colors. And, of course, wigs are always smiled upon come Halloween time. So really, none of these creative costume ideas are technically off limits to anyone.

Don’t let Halloween sneak up on you this year and get caught without a costume. With this breakdown of epic costumes based on hair color at your fingertips, you’ve got no excuse.
