We always love Emma Roberts’ outfits — whether she’s rocking a chic mid-summer jumper or the perfect ripped jeans — but last night she wore an undergarment that had us applauding and “yasss, girl”-ing like it was Kate Middleton’s wedding dress.

While getting ready for the Hammer Museum’s annual gala, Roberts had her hair and makeup done “al fresco,” as she described it. Not wanting to get her final outfit dirty, she wore a simple white slip — and that‘s the garment that made us lose our minds.

See for yourself!

The lace-trimmed satin slip looks so silky and sexy, we could totally envision a bride wearing it to her woodland wedding. Just add a faux-fur shawl, a crown of red roses and greenery, and a pair of gold pumps and you have the perfect fall-in-New-England wedding look.

Of course, Roberts wasn’t getting ready for her wedding — so she was rocking a cozy pair of sherpa-lined slippers with her dressing gown.

You can catch a glimpse in the video below, shared on Instagram by Roberts’ hairstylist, Adir Abergel:

So cute.

And Roberts’ final outfit was nothing to sneeze at, either! In a lavender gown by Bottega Veneta — one of the event’s sponsors — Roberts positively dazzled.

Can we slip into Emma Roberts’ closet for just one day? Pretty please with a cherry on top?
