Keira Knightley says people often confuse her for these bizarrely specific celebs
With more than seven billion people on the planet, it’s inevitable that we all have at least one lookalike—and Keira Knightley knows this all too well. On the October 16th episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden, Knightley revealed that she gets confused for other famous people “all the time.” The Colettestar told host James Corden that fans often get her identity wrong, noting that people frequently think she’s Natalie Portman.
“I’ve been chased through an airport as Natalie Portman,” she said. “I mean, Natalie Portman a lot.”
Okay, this one makes sense. Knightley was cast to play Portman’s literal double in Star Wars: Episode I—The Phantom Menace, after all. But Knightley shared other, more eyebrow-raising cases of mistaken identity.
"I've been chased through a park as Kate Winslet," she continued. "Quite a few people have come up to me and asked me to say hello to Daniel Craig for them because they think I'm Rachel Weisz."
Perhaps the most surprising person that Knightley has been confused for? Britney Spears.
It’s hard to imagine how someone could mix up the blonde, American pop star and the brunette, English actress, but Knightley insisted that someone once asked her to take a picture as Spears. She said that incident happened in Los Angeles, acknowledging that it was “a weird one.”
Thankfully, Knightley has a good sense of humor about it all.
"I quite enjoy it, though," she told Corden. "I'm much more polite, I think, when people think I'm somebody else."

It just goes to show that even celebrities aren’t correctly identified all the time. And we admit, we’d be excited to run into any of these stars.
