You might recognize the new Heads of Creative for Bumble Bizz and Bumble BFF
Bumble has become much more than just a dating app. In October 2016, Bumble BFF was introduced to help users find potential gal pals. And in October 2017, Bumble rolled out Bumble Bizz to help users swipe through networking connections. Now taking creative charge of both Bumble Bizz and Bumble BFF are two women you might recognize from VH1’s mock-reality show Barely Famous.
Acclaimed actresses, writers, and TV producers Erin and Sara Foster have been named Bumble’s Heads of Creative for Bumble Bizz and Bumble BFF. And we’re so stoked on this news.
"Erin and Sara are true forces of nature and have already brought so much value to our brand and our culture," Whitney Wolfe Herd, Bumble Founder and CEO, said in a November 9th press release. "The work we’re doing together will have such a positive impact on our overall user experience and give our brand a powerful new voice."
The comedic Foster sisters have been brought on board to help develop content to support the global marketing campaigns behind both Bumble Bizz and BFF. With these funny ladies behind the scenes, Bumble branded content will preach feminism, kindness, and positivity in an entertaining way.
The Bumble app, along with its Bizz and BFF features, is dedicated to putting females first when it comes to making romantic, professional, and personal connections.
"Erin and I have admired Bumble and Whitney’s vision for equality since the brand launched," Sara stated for the press release. "We’re honored to join forces to support the idea of building supportive networks through friendship and professional connections."
Erin added, "There has never been a more important time to support women in business. Bumble Bizz is an incredible tool to identify and build connections, in order to support and empower each other."
Being powerful women in business themselves, Erin and Sara Foster are the perfect duo to tackle Bumble Bizz and BFF content. We can’t wait to see what they do with the brand.
